About Course

The Christian Work-Life Balance course helps students develop a healthy, faith-centered approach to work, rest, family, and personal well-being. In a culture that often glorifies busyness and burnout, this course explores biblical principles of balance, Sabbath, stewardship of time, and holistic living. Students will learn how to manage their responsibilities without neglecting their spiritual, physical, and relational health, and how to create sustainable rhythms that honor God in both work and rest.
