Course Enrolment and Commitment
CTL courses are designed as intentional learning journeys that require preparation, facilitation, and limited cohort spaces. Once enrolment is completed, resources are allocated and participant slots are reserved.
For this reason, enrolment represents a commitment by both the participant and CTL to proceed in good faith.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances, including cases where a participant is unable to continue due to exceptional or unforeseen reasons, administrative or technical errors on our part, or cancellation of a course by CTL.
Requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe communicated for each course, and approval is subject to review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided once a course has commenced, where significant course materials have been accessed or delivered, or where participation has already begun, whether in live sessions, recorded content, or facilitated discussions.
Refunds are also not available for changes of mind, schedule conflicts, or failure to participate after enrolment.
Alternative Arrangements
In circumstances where a refund is not granted, CTL may, at its discretion, offer alternative arrangements such as deferring enrolment to a future cohort, transferring participation to another eligible course, or providing partial credit where appropriate.
These arrangements are intended to ensure fairness while preserving the integrity of the learning experience.
Course Cancellation by CTL
If CTL cancels a course or is unable to deliver it as scheduled, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrolment to a future offering.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
CTL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment platforms.
Contact and Requests
All refund enquiries or requests should be directed to the CTL team using the contact information provided on our website. We are committed to handling all requests thoughtfully, respectfully, and in good faith.
