Scope of Services
CTL offers a range of learning and engagement services, including but not limited to online and in-person courses, leadership cohorts, coaching and consulting services, organisational and institutional training, public forums and spiritual gatherings, and collaborative engagements with private, public, and governmental bodies.
Specific details relating to any service may be communicated separately and form part of these Terms.
Participation and Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully, thoughtfully, and responsibly in all CTL activities. CTL reserves the right to limit or terminate participation where conduct undermines the learning environment, violates ethical standards, or disrupts the safety and dignity of others.
Participation does not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, employment advancement, or institutional endorsement.
Enrolment, Scheduling, and Changes
Course enrolments, cohort participation, and event registrations are subject to availability and confirmation. CTL reserves the right to modify schedules, facilitators, delivery formats, or content where necessary, while maintaining the integrity and purpose of the engagement.
In the case of material changes, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
Fees and Payments
Fees for courses, trainings, coaching, and events are communicated prior to enrolment or engagement. Payment terms, timelines, and any applicable arrangements must be agreed upon before participation.
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension or withdrawal from the program or service.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by CTL’s Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Participants are encouraged to review the Refund Policy carefully before enrolling or registering.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, recordings, frameworks, and resources provided by CTL remain the intellectual property of CTL or its partners unless otherwise stated.
Participants may use materials for personal learning and professional development but may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose content for commercial use without prior written consent.
Confidentiality and Learning Spaces
Certain CTL engagements involve dialogue, reflection, and shared experiences. Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of personal stories, discussions, and shared insights within cohorts, coaching sessions, and gatherings.
CTL is not responsible for disclosures made voluntarily by participants.
Organisational and Institutional Engagements
For services delivered to organisations, institutions, or government parastatals, specific agreements, scopes of work, and terms may apply. In the event of conflict, those agreements will take precedence over these general Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
CTL provides learning and facilitation services in good faith and with professional care. However, participation is at the individual or organisational discretion.
CTL shall not be held liable for personal, professional, financial, or institutional decisions made as a result of participation in its programs or services.
Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected through CTL’s website or services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with CTL, you consent to such use of your information.
Amendments
CTL may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in services, operations, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws within the jurisdiction in which CTL operates, unless otherwise stated in specific agreements.
